Courier Driver/Copy Center Associate

Overview IST Management is seeking a Courier Driver/Copy Center Associate to join the Gibsonia on-site team! The Courier Driver/Copy Center Associate will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a school district environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: copy, print and scan services, mail delivery and pick up. Courier duties include driving a school vehicle to different buildings on campus to deliver and pick up work products. Ideal candidates will possess great customer service and communication skills, are willing to train, have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and willingness to submit to a MVR (motor vehicle records screen) in order to be eligible to operate client vehicle on behalf of IST. Responsibilities The Courier Driver/Copy Center Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to: Operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment Processing shipping & receiving Inventory and Ordering of supplies Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy/print jobs to appropriate customers by company vehicle and on foot Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Qualifications Ideal candidates for the Courier Driver/Copy Center Associate position will possess great customer service and communication skills, are willing to train, have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and willingness to submit to a MVR (motor vehicle records screen) in order to be eligible to operate client vehicle on behalf of IST.
