Lead Server

St. Barnabas is hiring for a Lead Server at our Retirement Village location!

Job Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Great knowledge when it comes to points of service and hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Multi-task and be able to cover all position in the Front of House (FOH)
• Be able to assist the food and beverage team
• Responsible for training junior food and beverage food service members to maintain high level of hospitality for our residents
• Assist in staff scheduling
• Master the POS system, being able to run end of day reports and close out the Jonas system for the day
• Be sure the server prep and back work is completed to standard consistently
