Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Clerk/Deli Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in food service and have a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality food that meet our standards for excellence. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide support to other kitchen staff during meal preparation and service. Experience Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
