Physical Therapist, PartTime, Green River, WY

We are pleased to announce a partl time home health Physical Therapist position available in beautiful Green River, WY. Our Physical Therapist will receive a $5,000 signing/retention bonus. Our PT will enjoy a generous hourly salary and a $70-$80 payment per visit. We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require. We are near many exciting things to do, especially if you are an outdoor enthusiast. The Flaming Gorge Reservoir is only 25 minutes south, Jackson Hole 160 miles north, Salt Lake City 185 miles west, and several bicycle/four-wheeler/motorcycle/hiking trails around the area. We also have the world's second largest sand dune field approximately 25 minutes north. The area truly has its own beauty and appeal. Our Physical Therapist is responsible for the following: Restores patient's function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy. Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results. Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription. Helps patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary. Evaluates and records patient's progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required. Evaluates the use and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and observing patient's progress; and recommending adjustments and modifications. Documents patient care services by charting in-patient and department records. Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
