Key Qualifications:
Valid certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist required Proven experience assisting in cardiovascular operating rooms Detailed knowledge of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and surgical procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs Commitment to maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
