Our bar program is thoughtfully curated, placing a strong emphasis on cocktail creation, signature recipes, and mixology expertise . With a back bar featuring 200+ spirits , a rotating beer list, and an extensive wine selection, we're looking for someone who is excited to craft exceptional drinks and elevate the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house recipes and guest preferences Showcase creativity and knowledge in crafting signature and classic cocktails Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar Accurately process transactions using the POS system and follow proper cash-handling procedures Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service while engaging with guests Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws Assist with food service when needed, including delivering items to bar guests Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient shifts Stay informed on inventory levels and help restock as needed Qualifications & Experience Prior bartending experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person with passion and potential Strong understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail-building techniques Experience working in a bar program with an emphasis on mixology is a plus Comfort using POS systems and handling cash accurately Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude A genuine passion for hospitality and beverage culture Why Join Us?
