Send job Job Details Job DescriptionJob Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in a student's life by providing dedicated, individualized support in a one-on-one setting. A contract opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to work with a student from June 15 through July 2, from 8:30am to 12:30pm each weekday. This is an excellent chance to use your expertise in a highly focused environment where your skills and passion can truly shine.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching credentials required Previous experience supporting students with diverse learning needs Strong organizational skills and adaptability Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive learning space
Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized instruction in a 1:1 setting tailored to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with related service providers and caregivers to ensure consistency of care and support Monitor and document student progress daily, celebrating achievements and identifying opportunities for growth Manage classroom materials and lesson plans efficiently to maximize instructional time Foster a supportive, positive atmosphere that encourages student participation and self-confidence
