Carpenter/Crawlspace Technician

• Substructural & Cosmetic Repairs PESTOUT is excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team as a Carpenter/Crawlspace Technician !

If you have any experience in; carpentry, substructure knowledge, and moisture remediation, and would like to work with a team that values hard work and integrity, this is the job for you. We're looking for an able-bodied, dedicated individual with a strong work ethic who's ready to get hands-on with termite and fungus treatments, crawlspace work, and more.

What You'll Do:

, Assist in termite and fungus treatments Perform crawlspace cleanouts and insulation removal Install insulation, sister floor joists, repair subfloors, band boards, and sill plates Tackle some trim work and other repairs as needed Attic cleanouts and insulation removal This job can be physically demanding and dirty , and the work sometimes requires maneuvering in tight spaces—so if you've got a small frame and don't mind a challenge, even better!

Bonus Points:

If you're licensed to apply chemicals, you'll be at the top of our list (though it's not a requirement). A clean criminal record within the last 7 years is needed, but having a violation won't necessarily prevent employment. You'll need to be at least 21 and have a good driving record to drive company vehicles.
