Job Description

Creative Chief of Staff A-Z Enterprises | Wapakoneta, Ohio | In-person Read this before you apply This is not an executive assistant job. This is not a content creator job. This is the role you take if you want to learn how real businesses get built, while running point on the brand, the calendar, and the launch of a new family entertainment venue in Ohio. A-Z Enterprises operates mobile home parks across three states, a 24,000 square foot event center called The Summit, a personal brand called Discipline Over Dopamine, and the company about to launch on July 18, 2026: The Family Hub, a family entertainment center built around play, food, and community. You will work directly with the founder. No layers. No HR theater. You move fast or you do not last. Who you are You understand AI and automation. Not as a buzzword. You have actually used ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, or similar tools to build workflows, ghostwrite content, automate outreach, or save time. If AI is just something you have read about, this is not the role. You can write, shoot, edit, and post content that performs. CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut. You have a phone in your hand and a feed full of proof. You can write in someone else's voice. You will be ghostwriting blog posts, captions, and social content as the founder. You think in systems and you can grind through email triage, calendar tetris, vendor coordination, and the 47 small tasks that fall off a founder's plate every day. You want to start something of your own one day. You read business books because you actually want to. You stay calm when a contractor no-shows, a tenant calls, and a Reel needs to go out by 5 PM, all in the same hour. You take ownership. You do not wait to be told twice. You bring solutions, not status updates. Who you are NOT You are not someone who needs a manager to feel productive. You are not precious about your craft. The brief might change at 9 AM and again at 11 AM. You roll. You are not chasing a corporate ladder. There is no ladder here. There is leverage. You are not allergic to operations. If you only want to make pretty content, this is not it. What you will actually do This role splits across three pillars. The mix shifts week to week. Pillar 1: Content, brand, and AI workflows (about 40%) Shoot and edit short-form content for the founder's personal brand, the Family Hub, The Summit, and the mobile home park side. Ghostwrite and publish the founder's blog. You will own the blog end to end. Run the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Use AI tools to scale content output: drafting, editing, repurposing, scheduling, analytics. You build the systems, you run them. Capture behind-the-scenes footage at job sites, the Family Hub build-out, and events. Write captions and hooks that sound like the founder, not like AI. Pillar 2: Executive support and automation (about 30%) Run the founder's calendar. Protect deep-work blocks. Kill meetings that should not exist. Triage inbox, draft replies in his voice, surface only what needs his eyes. Build automations across the business using AI and no-code tools. Track action items from meetings. Make sure nothing slips. Handle research, vendor outreach, and the fires that show up at 4 PM. Pillar 3: Family Hub operations (about 30%, heavier before launch) Be the second set of hands on the July 18, 2026 grand opening. Help dial in the Founding 100 member campaign. Outreach, follow-up, conversion. Coordinate vendor installs, signage, branding, walk-through punch lists. Once open, help run day-of operations: events, member experience, on-site content. Bring ideas. If you see something the Family Hub should be doing and nobody is doing it, pitch it and run it.
Logistics Location:
Wapakoneta, Ohio. Almost entirely in-person. Occasional travel to Kentucky, roughly one day every couple of months.
Hours:
Full-time preferred. Part-time considered for the right candidate.
Start date:
ASAP.
Compensation:
Base pay set by experience, plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure tied to content performance, Founding 100 conversions, and Family Hub launch milestones. Strong performers should clear six figures in year one.
Growth:
This role has a path. Strongest performers end up running a vertical. How to apply Apply like normal through indeed
BUT ALSO
Send the following to the email below: A 60 to 90 second selfie video. Tell me who you are, why this role, and one thing you have built or run that you are proud of. Phone is fine. I care about the energy, not the lighting. One piece of content you made. A Reel, a TikTok, a blog post, a campaign. Whatever shows me what you can do. One example of how you have used AI to save time, make money, or build something. One sentence on a business you would start if money was not the issue. If I am interested, I will set up a meeting with you! Applications without the video get deleted.
