This weekender position grants you exposure to diverse care delivery models as you float between stepdown, ICU, and MS/Tele units. Schedule/Hours:
12-hour days Weekender only:Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon Qualifications:
Current RN license in Ohio or compact state Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care preferred)Required:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications; dysrhythmia exam (study guide provided) Experience working with ICU-level patients, ventilators, and tracheostomies Familiarity with central lines, chest tubes, various drains, and respiratory modalities Navy blue scrubs requiredPreferred Experience:
Pre- and Post-Cath Lab or CABG patient care Experience with EPIC EHR, critical care coursework, CCRN/PCCN certificationResponsibilities:
Comprehensive patient assessment, care plan creation, direct patient teaching and education Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as an advocate for patient safety and well-being Support and clinically manage complex cases, including those requiring close hemodynamic monitoring and advanced drips Respond dynamically to changing patient conditions, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered decisions Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care, supporting patients and families through critical illnessBenefits & Perks:
