Job Description

The Credit Manager is responsible for managing all credit functions on behalf of the company and the reporting of A/R status. The primary role is to protect the company assets and drive the credit granting process. Essential Functions Ensure Corporate Credit Policy is adhered to at all times. Evaluate potential new customer credit worthiness following company credit policy and provide decision within 3 days. Periodic evaluation of existing customer credit worthiness; especially in credit limit change requests or slowing payments from customer. Manage customer account (all entities) to ensure A/R maintains a positive status and avoid delinquency. Customer account inactivation when relationship ends. Oversee the setup of new customer accounts in Book Works (ERP system.) Responsible for setting up and maintaining customer account - REO dealer & REOS Monitoring and ensure that all electronic notifications of customer payments are deposited in the bank. Process customer payments in Book Works to ensure correct application to customer accounts.
  • Process customer payments (ACH, check, credit card, check by phone).
  • Reconcile credit cards daily. Manage credit card portal adding/deleting users; process payments.
  • Collect all JOT forms submitted via website and distribute as necessary.
  • Monitor held orders in
REO & HPC
; resolve reason order held including calling customer as necessary; work to release asap.
  • Monitor and control past dues; contact attorney as necessary for stale past due accounts with no reasonable expectation to collect.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting for A/R issues to Management.
  • Liaison between Sales / Operations / Customer and collaborate as necessary.
  • Overseeing the Inhouse Charge accounts for Intevacon customers.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
