Responsibilities:

Conduct collections on corporate and non-corporate accounts via outbound calls, email, and written correspondence. Review reports, invoice packets, orders, intranet resources, and customer A/P portals. Respond to iing calls and mail from assigned accounts. Maintain extensive interaction with internal teams and external customers. Communicate professionally and effectively to preserve business relationships while collecting past-due accounts receivable. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, sales teams, and credit partners. Operate a personalputer and relevant software applications. And more….

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. 2 years of experience working in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Stronganizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective verbal and writtenmunication skills Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is prefered. Pay Details:
