Duties Safely operate shuttle vans or specialized vehicles to transport crew members efficiently between designated sites. Assist team members with boarding and disembarking, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents during transit. Communicate clearly with dispatch and crew members using radio or other communication devices to coordinate schedules and address any issues. Handle light maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning vehicles regularly. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure transportation environment. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with crew members and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling luggage or groceries. Excellent driving record with experience in van driver or similar vehicle types. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
