• 3 on) The Crew Lead reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the execution of Hard Services for all ASML buildings during their assigned shift.

This includes the coordination of all reactive and proactive maintenance work performed with the objective to eliminate all downtime caused by and facility maintenance Hard Services assets/equipment/processes. The Crew Lead will also be responsible to maximize the maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through leadership and innovation, reducing the total maintenance cost and improving facility asset reliability. The Crew Lead will spend the majority of their time in the manufacturing areas ensuring their team executes scheduled work, reacts, troubleshoots, prioritizes, and manages issues that arise on their assigned shift. The Crew Lead is responsible for the uptime of all facility equipment including critical operations and process equipment. The Crew Lead prioritizes and manages all issues to resolution utilizing and managing crew technicians and/or subcontractors to insure minimal downtime or impact to production. The Crew Lead is responsible to establish relationships with all ASML Production Department leaders on their assigned shift establishing lines of open communication. The Crew Lead is responsible for establishing a plan to resolve any issues on their assigned shift and communicate updates and status of repairs to ASML and EMCOR site leadership. The Crew Lead is also responsible for initiating the escalation plan as necessary. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Abide by all safety guidelines including OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out, and drive the EMCOR Operating and Safety Culture within the assigned crew. Ensure employee safety and development by training staff in safe equipment operation and maintaining cross-training programs and training records. Oversee employee daily tasks, ensuring team members are in assigned areas and wearing proper PPE.

Plan and execute reactive work:

• and long-term solutions and manage crews or vendors to resolve issues.

Monitor and bundle preventive maintenance (PMs) with reactive work orders to improve efficiency. Facilitate shift turnover meetings and ensure all paperwork is completed for the assigned shift. Collaborate with the Planner/Scheduler to ensure technician availability for PMs and reactive work. Provide regular updates to the site manager on reactive work status. Document discussions with craft personnel and perform building/work order audits to report the status of critical equipment and processes. Maintain working knowledge of all critical building utilities. Build relationships with ASML production leadership to ensure clear communication when issues arise. Set daily objectives and priorities for teammates and vendors on the assigned shift. Lead meetings with the assigned crew, including shift turnover, daily safety toolbox talks, weekly safety meetings, and any production-related meetings.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Preference given to candidates with some undergraduate, trade, or business school training.

Business Experience:

3-5 years of experience in one or more crafts such as HVAC, mechanical, or electrical.2+ years of experience managing craft personnel.

Licenses/Certifications:

Valid driver's license required.

Electrical, mechanical (HVAC), or plumbing licenses are a plus.

Language Skills:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or graphic form, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, manage an email inbox, and operate a work order system.

May need to support non-customary schedules and weekend work Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
