About Us From commercial office space and manufacturing to multi-site retail portfolios, we manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for the nation's leading organizations. We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Electrical, mechanical (HVAC), or plumbing licenses are a plus.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, manage an email inbox, and operate a work order system.

Crew Lead Shift:
6:00AM- 6:00PM (2 on
- 2 off
- 3 on) The Crew Lead reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the execution of Hard Services for all ASML buildings during their assigned shift.
Plan and execute reactive work:
respond to corrective work requests promptly, assess priority, and determine resources needed. Develop short- and long-term solutions and manage crews or vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Preference given to candidates with some undergraduate, trade, or business school training.Business Experience:
3-5 years of experience in one or more crafts such as HVAC, mechanical, or electrical.2+ years of experience managing craft personnel.Licenses/Certifications:
Valid driver's license required.Electrical, mechanical (HVAC), or plumbing licenses are a plus.
Language Skills:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or graphic form, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, manage an email inbox, and operate a work order system.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Understanding of the facilities industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, various operating systems Proven track record of completing projects / WOs, being self-motivated and achieving customer satisfaction Able to competently operate a forklift, scissor lift, and aerial lift Able to function with dynamic priorities, adapting to changing customer expectations and completing work requests efficiently with high quality standards. This may include taking the initiative to productively manage unexpected downtime, remaining productive while contributing to high quality results. May need to support non-customary schedules and weekend work Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. While performing the duties of this job, this position is regularly required to stand for extended intervals with occasional scheduled breaks, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The individual frequently is required to climb stairs and ladders. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, at higher than chest level and be able to tolerate adverse rooftop working conditions due to climate and tolerate extreme temperature changes. Work Environment Moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places Occasional exposure to: Fumes or airborne particles Toxic or caustic chemicals Risk of electrical shock and vibration Moderate to high noise levels Outdoor weather conditions (including extreme cold, extreme heat). The following safety equipment may be required: steel toecap shoes, hearing protection, hardhat eye protection and hair protection.
