Crew Leader- Highway Construction

We are looking for a motivated, reliable Crew Leader to join our erosion control and hydroseeding team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a crew, operate equipment safely, and take pride in completing projects efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on erosion control and hydroseeding projects Operate equipment such as skid steers, tractors, hydroseeders, and related machinery Safely pull and maneuver trailers of various sizes Communicate clearly with team members, customers, inspectors, and project managers Ensure job sites are completed on schedule and meet quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Represent the company with professionalism and a strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver's license (required) CDL (preferred but not required) Experience pulling trailers and operating heavy equipment Experience in erosion control, hydroseeding, or related construction fields is a major plus Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct workers Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable speaking with customers, inspectors, and team members Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for overtime Growth potential within the company Supportive team environment Steady work and consistent projects
