Crew Leader, Landscaper

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion Lead landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation setup, and garden maintenance with precision and attention to detail Oversee landscape construction projects including installation of features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping elements Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure safety and operational readiness Provide guidance on horticulture best practices, tree care, pest control, and seasonal landscape adjustments Enforce safety protocols across all job sites to protect team members and clients alike Support team development through coaching, training on technical skills, and promoting a positive work culture Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields with a focus on quality results Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor environments Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest management Familiarity with landscape construction processes such as installing irrigation systems or hardscaping features Ability to perform tree care tasks safely and efficiently while understanding arboricultural principles Excellent leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Commitment to maintenance excellence and continuous improvement in landscape practices Join us as a Crew Leader in our vibrant team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes.
