Lawn Care Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive lawn care and landscape maintenance services to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, landscaping, and the use of various tools and equipment. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain neat and attractive lawns. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Operate machinery including excavators for larger landscaping projects or tree care operations. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Implement irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and manage water usage efficiently. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as necessary. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios or walkways installation to enhance outdoor living spaces. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and equipment safely. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including gardening techniques and tree care methods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
