The Crew Leader will use company software for accurate record-keeping, promote job worksite safety, provide excellent customer service, and exhibit pride and quality workmanship. Tasks include but not limited to: You will be responsible for preparing your truck with the necessary tools and materials for the day based on the information on your company-issued tablet Travel from job site to job site executing high-quality services in a company vehicle starting and ending each day at our shop in Astoria Perform all landscape maintenance and landscape installation work for commercial and residential clients Train and hold crew members accountable to perform work effectively and efficiently Be able to lift 70 pounds and be very physical Background checks and drug screenings may be required before job offer.
