Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader in Lawn Maintenance, where you will lead and motivate a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional landscaping and lawn care services. As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and uphold high standards of quality and safety across all lawn and landscaping activities. Responsibilities Supervise and partake in the daily activities of the lawn maintenance crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results Lead landscaping projects including planting, trimming, mowing, edging, and fertilizing to enhance outdoor aesthetics Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction, maintenance, and landscaping operations Train team members on proper equipment use, landscape techniques, and safety procedures to promote skill development Monitor equipment condition and coordinate routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care with a strong understanding of turf and horticulture principles Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of gardening techniques, and general landscape maintenance practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with lawn applications, and experienced on a Z Sprayer.
