Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians in mowing, trimming, planting, and general landscape maintenance activities Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to team members to maximize efficiency and quality Ensure all landscaping projects adhere to safety standards and company policies Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of lawn care, gardening, and horticulture practices Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate project timelines and address any issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture with a focus on mowing operations Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings preferred Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and general garden maintenance Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful landscapes while leading a motivated team!
