Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews, ensuring tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, and garden maintenance are completed efficiently and to high standards Operate and drive company vehicles safely to transport crew members, tools, equipment, and materials to job sites Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Perform landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system installation and repair, tree care, horticulture practices, and construction support Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure all team members follow safety protocols during operations Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify project requirements and update progress Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and vehicle maintenance Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of gardening techniques Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, tree care, and general maintenance procedures Ability to operate landscaping machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent organizational skills for scheduling tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces!
