Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices throughout your shift Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during fast-paced shifts Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a retail or restaurant setting Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant operations is advantageous Join us as a Crew Member and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
