Crew Member

Applicants with experience in Live Events will be prioritized, but not required; all crew members are trained regardless of experience. Starting pay is based off experience. Crew members are expected to learn the functionality of all equipment and how to properly, safely and creatively install for events, based on customers preference. EF Lighting provides lighting elements for weddings and galas held throughout Pittsburgh and the tri-state area. Typical working days are Thursday-Sunday, with extra days probable through busy season (Aug-Dec). Days consist of setting up events in the morning/afternoon and tearing them down in the evening/night. Transportation to and from events will be in company vehicles housed in Carnegie, PA. Crew members are offered generous raises based on performance after a 90 day probationary/training period.
