Crew Member - Fast Track to Leadership

Position Overview Ready to grow into leadership fast? We are hiring motivated individuals at our busy Sheridan location who are looking for a clear and accelerated path into Team Lead and Assistant Manager roles. This opportunity provides hands-on experience, leadership development, and real operational responsibility from day one in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities Leadership Development:

Work closely with store leadership to build communication, problem-solving, and shift management skills.

Operations:

Learn and master all restaurant stations, including dough preparation, landing, and front counter operations, while maintaining speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Shift Support:

Help keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting the team, maintaining productivity, and delivering excellent service during high-volume rushes.

Team Training:

Assist with onboarding and coaching new employees on company procedures, food safety, and performance expectations.

Problem Solving:

Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Fast Track to Leadership We believe in promoting from within.
