Schedule:
13-week assignment 36 hours weekly guaranteed
Desired Background:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment preferred Adaptability to new clinical settings and patient populations Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality therapy interventions as part of a hospital-based therapy team Work under the supervision and direction of Occupational Therapists Support patients in regaining function and confidence through custom care plans Accurately document patient progress and treatment Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning
