Pay & Total Earnings Total Hourly Range:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour (Base + Tips)

The Breakdown:

$10.00 - $12.00 Base Pay (depending on experience) + $2.00/hr Guaranteed Tips.

Stable Income:

Your tip share is added to every single hour you work, guaranteed.

Experienced Candidates:

If you already have management or shift leader experience, let us know! We offer competitive starting pay based on what you bring to the table.

Clear Growth Path:

Availability & Shifts Shift Flexibility:

We are looking for team members with open availability. Daytime availability is required to help us support our busiest lunch rushes and daily operations.

Weekend Priority:

As a high-volume shop, weekend availability is required to support the team during our busiest days.

Craft:

Learn the ropes, provide a "Sub Above" experience for our guests, and master the slicer. (

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to operate the slicing equipment). Bring the

What We Are Looking For Age Requirement:

Must be 18+ to meet safety requirements for running our slicing equipment.

Ambition:

You don't want to just stop at making sandwiches—you want to grow your skills and move into leadership. Experience (A Plus, But Not Required): Prior shift leader, supervisor, or restaurant experience is a huge plus!
