We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to take on a pivotal role in managing critical material flow. In this position, you will ensure that essential supplies are accurately tracked, readily available, and efficiently distributed, directly contributing to the smooth functioning of high-volume operations. Your precision and organizational skills will be key to preventing disruptions and supporting the success of a fast-paced team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform fundamental warehousing and inventory control functions within a secure area.
  • Execute receiving, put-away, and warehousing tasks for non-production materials.
  • Manage disbursement of materials to internal customers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counting and inventory integrity checks.
  • Organize and re-arrange material storage areas to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide direct customer support to maintenance employees, addressing their material needs.
  • Operate an inventory control system for tracking and managing materials.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as a licensed operator.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
  • Proficiency in performing basic warehousing and inventory functions.
  • Ability to perform receiving, put-away, and disbursement tasks.
  • Experience with cycle counting and maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills for crib organization and re-arrangement.
  • Customer service skills to support internal customers.
  • Experience operating an inventory control system.
  • Possession of a valid Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operator license. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
