Crisis/Mobile Response & Stabilization (MRSS) Clinician-Full Time

Are you passionate about helping youth and families during their most critical moments? Join our Mobile Response and Stabilization (MRSS) team and make a real difference in your community. Our MRSS program provides immediate, community-based crisis intervention to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and out-of-home placements. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings, with follow-up stabilization support to help families regain safety and stability. This is meaningful, fast-paced work in a supportive, collaborative team environment focused on trauma-informed, family-centered care. Components of the Job

• Provide on-site crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization
• Develop safety plans and short-term treatment plans
• Support youth with emotional regulation and de-escalation
• Coordinate care with families, schools, hospitals, and community providers
• Complete timely clinical documentation Qualifications and Skills
• Active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or IFMT (required)
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
• Passion for community-based, trauma-informed care
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment Additional Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to complete training in de-escalation and physical restraint (as final recourse)
