Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This is an excellent contract opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses who excel in fast-paced settings and are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.
Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills Proficiency with ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU technologies Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatment Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the care team Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced interventions as prescribed Effectively communicate with patients' families, providing support and education throughout the treatment process Ensure accurate charting and compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards Participate in emergency response interventions as needed within the
