CRMA with a PSS or CNA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CRMA with a CNA or PSS to join our team. You will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of medical care.

Duties:

• General Housekeeping and Kitchen Chores
• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (CRMA's)
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using electronic systems such as Point Click Care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment

Qualifications:

• CRMA 40hour required, CNA or a PSS certificate

ARE REQUIRED.

• Previous experience in memory care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and ability to maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols (CRMA's)
• Understanding of basic physiology and medical terminology
