Job Description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Haltom City, TX. TX license preferred.
Shift:
5x8 or 2x8 & 2x12.
Patient type:
Adult/Geriatric. Prefer 2 years of experience. Medical Direction. Spinals/epidurals not required. Locals preferred.
Types of cases:
All but OB.
EMR:
Epic. TX license required.
Additional License Requirements:
2 years experience.
Credentialing timeline:
120+ days. The site is switching to a new system and will not start accepting new applications till next month sometime. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
