CSR - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Full Time Starting at $18/hour Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM We are looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping customers over the phone by providing quotes and taking orders. Our company, 1-800-Radiator, supplies vehicle parts to local repair shops throughout the area. No automotive experience is required — we will train the right person. What matters most is having a positive attitude, being comfortable on the phone, and providing excellent customer service. This is an in-office position in a professional office environment — not a call center. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls from customers Provide pricing and product quotes Enter customer orders into the system Assist customers with questions and order support Work closely with our local team to ensure great service What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Basic computer and typing skills Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Work With Us?
