Position Overview Integrity Heating & Air is looking for a high level Customer Service Representative (CSR) who brings energy, professionalism, urgency, and strong communication skills to our growing team. This role is one of the most important positions in the company because you are often the first impression customers have of us. We are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate confidently, multitask efficiently, and genuinely care about helping customers. The right person is organized, dependable, positive, and thrives in a fast paced environment. What you'll do Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently Book appointments Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain accurate customer records and notes Assist with follow up calls and customer communication Work closely with management and field staff Help create an exceptional customer experience Support company growth through strong communication and organization What you need Previous customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Positive attitude and team mindset Ability to remain professional under pressure HVAC or home service experience is a plus but not required.
