Vermeer All Roads is searching for a Parts & Service Manager to lead our Laurel, DE location. You will use your previous parts & service experience to oversee operations while driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth. As the Branch Manager, you will be focusing on managing, and developing a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales and profit goals. Compensation & Schedule Salary plus commission $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience & results) Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance (eligible on the first of the month after 30 days) 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Career advancement opportunities with a growing company Responsibilities Maximize sales and profitability across Parts and Service departments Hire, train, and develop service and parts staff Create and maintain a positive culture for employees and customers Develop technician training and apprenticeship programs Provide internal support for outside sales representatives Partner with Service Writers and Technicians to achieve department goals Analyze financial statements and take corrective actions when needed Develop and implement plans to exceed sales and profit growth goals Motivate and communicate effectively with staff to achieve success Requirements High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred) Minimum 5 years of management experience Previous parts and service experience (heavy equipment/heavy-duty preferred) Proficiency in Word and Excel; CDK experience helpful Valid driver's license required Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Work Authorization Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
