Responsibilities:
Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences. Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field. Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business. Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand. Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders. Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress. Enhance the success of technicians by familiarizing yourself with their preferences, skills, licenses, and communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Maintain a positive and dedicated demeanor to contribute to the company's positive work environment. Develop a proven track record in customer service. Organize and oversee the scheduling of technicians for various service and maintenance appointments. Technologically savvy, learns and implements new software, and systems quickly, good typist, and proficient with phone systems. Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable. Strong verbal and written communication Water Heater Man, Inc. is a dedicated team of professionals that's been serving our community since 1978. Compensation Package Base pay 6 paid holidays 11 paid vacation days 1st yr, 3 weeks after 2 yrs, 4 weeks after 5 years 5 paid sick days-don't use sick pay and we will reward you for staying well. $350 towards medical/dental/vision insurance premiums $50,000 life and AD&D insurance paid by company Regular performance bonuses 401(k) with regular profit sharing contributions Company sponsored functions throughout the year (some adult only, some including the family)
