Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in imaging, specifically CT, for a 13-week assignment. This role involves operating advanced CT equipment to deliver accurate images crucial for patient diagnosis and care. The work environment values technical precision and patient comfort.
Schedule/Hours:
5 shifts of 8 hours (Days) 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday Every 4th weekend required
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required Active ARRT(CT) credential Experience with Canon and GE CT scanners strongly preferred Previous CT Tech experience in a clinical or hospital environment Demonstrated knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT scanners efficiently and safely for high-quality diagnostic imaging Accurately position patients and ensure adherence to imaging protocols Perform routine equipment checks; address and report equipment malfunctions Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff for coordinated patient care Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations Provide compassionate support and information to patients throughout their exams This opportunity offers valuable experience working with cutting-edge imaging technology in a supportive clinical environment.
