Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital clinical environment dedicated to exceptional patient imaging as a CT Technologist. This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional with clinical expertise in computed tomography and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current ARRT (CT) certification required License to practice in the relevant state, as required Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT Tech in a hospital or similar healthcare setting Proficient in operation of CT imaging equipment, understanding of radiation safety standards, and ability to conduct high-quality scans Excellent communication skills to support patient comfort and safety Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Schedule/Hours:
Schedule details provided during interview; flexibility to work various shifts and weekends may be required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring optimal image quality while maintaining patient comfort Safely administer contrast agents and monitor for any adverse reactions Document all procedures, patient information, and imaging results accurately in the electronic medical record Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to review images and discuss findings Consistently uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to infection control procedures Maintain cleanliness of CT equipment and work areas, conducting routine QA checks
