Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Elevate your expertise in medical imaging by contributing your skills as a CT Technologist in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity focuses on operating advanced CT equipment while providing timely, high-quality imaging procedures to support patient care. The role spans a 13-week term, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking to apply their experience in a fast-paced setting.
Schedule/Hours:
6:00pm - 6:30am
Qualifications:
ARRT CT Certification (Required) Demonstrated proficiency in general radiography techniques and procedures Previous experience operating CT equipment in a hospital or clinical setting Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety standards Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans as ordered, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and patient safety guidelines Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate swift diagnostic assessments Maintain compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, and ARRT standards Review patient records and histories to ensure appropriate imaging techniques are used Document procedures, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
