Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in CT imaging to a collaborative healthcare environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient diagnostics. As a skilled CT Technician, you will operate cutting-edge imaging equipment, prioritize patient safety, and work alongside radiologists and other medical professionals to support accurate diagnoses. Your contribution will directly impact patient outcomes and foster a supportive clinical setting.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent required) Active and unrestricted state licensure, or eligibility to obtain Demonstrated proficiency with modern CT imaging equipment and procedures Experience with contrast administration and adherence to radiation safety standards Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow imaging protocols accurately Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation in electronic systems Monitor imaging results for quality and collaborate with interpreting physicians regarding findings Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment efficiently, reporting any malfunctions promptly Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and privacy policies at all times Educate patients and families regarding procedures and address questions or concerns This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and value collaboration.
