CT Tech CT/X-Ray

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into an essential imaging role where your skills in CT and X-ray will make a significant impact during dedicated evening and overnight shifts. You'll primarily be responsible for performing CT and X-ray exams and will work independently after midnight on Fridays, as well as after 9pm on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Schedule/Hours:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

7:00 pm - 8:00 am 37.5 hours per week Every weekend required Holiday rotations apply for holidays that fall within your scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited radiography program is required Certification of RT(R)(ARRT) is mandatory; RT(R)(CT)(ARRT) is preferred Valid BLS certification Comfortable working independently, particularly during overnight hours Demonstrated skill in both CT and X-ray modalities

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality imaging procedures (CT and X-ray) according to physician orders Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the exam process Accurately document and track procedures within the electronic medical records system Maintain and prepare imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate, despite the independent nature of overnight shifts Uphold cleanliness and professionalism, adhering to dress code requirements of clean, unwrinkled scrubs (no specific color)
