Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting advanced patient care with your expertise in imaging, specifically CT and X-ray. This contract opportunity is ideal for those skilled as a CT Technologist, X-ray Technologist, or Radiologic Technologist, who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and have a strong commitment to precision in diagnostic imaging.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:
10:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. No on-call or call-back requirements. No weekend rotation.
One holiday shift:
Monday 9/7/2026 (Labor Day) from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current certification/registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Proficient in performing CT and X-ray imaging procedures. Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance in a clinical setting. Flexibility to float within Region 2 (covering Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division). Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality imaging procedures including CT scans and X-rays, following physician orders and clinical protocols. Properly position patients and ensure comfort throughout procedures. Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment. Accurately document patient history, procedures, and results in medical records. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for radiation safety and patient confidentiality. Provide compassionate care with a focus on exceptional patient experience. Adapt efficiently to clinical changes and float to assigned facilities within the designated region as needed.
