Qualifications:

Current and valid ARRT (CT) certification required State license in Imaging Technology, if mandated by the state Minimum of 1 year of recent CT technologist experience Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and related software Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise image capture and patient positioning Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with radiologists, physicians, and patients BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Responsibilities:

Operate CT equipment to produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout Review imaging orders for accuracy and appropriateness Maintain optimal imaging protocols and adjust as necessary for varied clinical needs Maintain accurate records of performed imaging procedures Ensure compliance with all safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with healthcare team members to contribute to quality patient care
