Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in CT imaging to a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential diagnostic services as part of a skilled radiology team. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology, contributing to high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting. Your work will support timely diagnoses and help improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT (CT) certification required Current state Radiologic Technologist license (if applicable) Proven recent experience operating CT imaging equipment in a hospital or clinical environment Proficient with imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient care in a radiology context Strong communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring comfort and safety Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting minor issues as needed Follow all radiation safety and regulatory guidelines to protect patients and staff Document imaging procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records Communicate clearly with patients, providing explanations about procedures and addressing questions or concerns Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide accurate diagnostic data Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current with imaging advancements Enjoy a supportive work environment where your technical skills and patient-focused approach will make a significant impact.
