JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, evalue, and train activities of the Btle Management Command and Control (BMC2) mission which includes the Air Btle Manager (ABM) and Weapons Director (WO) career fields. This position is required to maintain qualificion as an instructor/evaluor/trainer for ABM or WO. Provides training for advanced instructor techniques, student assessment, and evaluion criteria. This position also supervises any combinion of the following programs: Training (DOT), Standards and Evaluion (CCV), Weapons and Tactics (DOK), and Mission Training Planning (MTP). Serves as an ABM or WO as a CRC crew member performing mission operions duties in support of comb, peacetime, humanitarian and Personal Recovery (PR) missions; to perform unit air operions command/control and reled staff support duties.NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

The major duties include, but are not limited to: Performs as an instructor for the Air Btle Manager/Weapons Director position. Conducts training th maintains the highest level of comb mission-ready proficiency of assigned crewmembers, instructors, and examiners. Maintains the qualificion to perform as an evaluor while managing a crew and assigning duties. Performs mission crew duties as an ABM or WD. Ability to monitor multiple stions simultaneously. Knowledge of Air Btle Manager concepts and principles. Knowledge of crew operions and missions of supported units. Ability to work in a highly stressful, quick reaction environment and to train others to work in such an environment. Knowledge and skill in oral and written communicion techniques and the ability to communice clearly, concisely and effectively. Ability to demonstre mastery of the full performance level knowledge and skills as an Air Surveillance Officer (ASO) and Air Weapons Officer (AWO). Knowledge of the methods of instruction and training concepts and practices and the skill and ability to apply this knowledge to provide crew and ground training th maintains the highest level of comb mission-ready proficient crew members. Knowledge of radar operion fundamentals, characteristics, and limitions of airborne warning C2, surveillance, and mission systems. Knowledge of and skill in surveillance, target detection and tracking, reporting, receiving, displaying, recording and relaying thre da. Knowledge and capability to comprehend, plan, coordine and apply communicions methods and analytical techniques. Knowledge of and skill in reading and interpreting computer-genered console situions and tabular displays, electronically genered da and air tasking orders. Knowledge of and skill in ECM and ECCM functions. Knowledge and skills of opering radar, da link, and communicions systems requirements. Knowledge of mission planning activities and the knowledge and skill to interpret ATO's and SPINS. Knowledge of and skill in emergency procedures and equipment. Knowledge of publicions maintenance as pertains to mission crew positions. Knowledge of theer ground and air activities. Knowledge of and skills on EA/EP procedures. Knowledge of the Theer Air Control System (TAGS) organizions, programs, missions, functions and policies to be able to integre the units operions into those of the active duty supported units. Ability to work as a BMC2 crew team member or team leader and effectively coordine with other team members.
