Schedule:

As a full-time employee you will be on-call for 7 shifts (2 shifts are 12 hours (on-call) and 5 shifts are 24 hours (on-call)) within a 14 day period. Shifts start at 10:00am or 10:00pm. The work schedule is varied and includes overnights, some holidays and every other weekend. Additional mandatory training and meetings required.

Orientation:

During the first few weeks, travel to the Waltham, MA site will be required for orientation and training purposes. Approximately 3 days a week for the first 3-4 weeks will be required.

Travel:

This position is based in Vernon, CT. However, you will travel throughout New England in NEDS vehicles. Must be comfortable with long periods of driving. QualificationsThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, detail oriented, independent, adaptable, team oriented and possess the stamina required to succeed in this intense and rewarding clinical setting.
