We're a fast-paced and very busy Vietnamese street food restaurant in Little Saigon known for our crispy banh khots and high-energy environment. We take pride in quality food, good attitudes, and taking care of our customers. We're looking for someone who: Works well under pressure Learns fast and stays organized Has a good attitude and shows up on time Can work as part of a team Is comfortable in a busy restaurant environment Requirements - 2-3 years experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen Comfortable working during busy rushes and high ticket volume On time, punctual, and dependable for scheduled shifts Knows basic food safety and kitchen sanitation practices Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure Experience with prep work, line cooking, fryer station, or grill station Able to follow recipes and portion standards consistently Keeps work station clean and stocked throughout shift Can communicate well with kitchen team and front staff Able to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs Works with urgency without sacrificing food quality Understands importance of speed, consistency, and teamwork Willing to learn Banh Khot Lady systems and recipes Flexible schedule preferred (weekends and holidays are important) Positive attitude and respectful to coworkers

BONUS SKILLS

(Not Required) Vietnamese food experience Experience with high-volume restaurants Knife skills and prep efficiency Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or Spanish) Experience opening or closing kitchen
