Northbrook Brewing is looking for a passionate and dedicated culinary professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will ensure our kitchen runs smoothly while delivering high-quality dishes and memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items, including sandwiches, flatbreads, and appetizers, according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Engage with guests when needed, take orders, and address inquiries or concerns with excellent customer service. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and contribute to sales growth. Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient service during busy periods. Buss tables and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area for guests. Follow food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a café, quick-service, or fast-casual restaurant is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to learn and adapt to new menus or procedures.
