Foreman/Supervisor

Overview Join our dynamic construction management team as a /Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site supervision will be vital in delivering exceptional results while maintaining strict safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and safety regulations (OSHA compliance). Manage on-site teams by supervising workers, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports to ensure accurate record-keeping. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in construction management. Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and construction estimating. Demonstrated supervising experience with excellent management skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
