Cultivation Technician

Duties Assist in the care and harvesting of crops using proper horticultural techniques Monitor plant health daily by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through visual inspection and plant identification skills Maintain greenhouse conditions by assisting the Grow Managers Support the cultivation team to promote healthy plant growth across cultivation areas Record data related to harvest and tracking with basic math skills for accurate documentation Experience Some cannabis knowledge and previous plant care experience desired Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during potting or harvest activities Basic understanding of agriculture practices including soil management and crop rotation principles Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills for accurate record keeping Join us as a Cultivation Technician and contribute directly to the success of our cultivation operations.
