Cultivation Technician

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Cultivation Technicians to join our cannabis production team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of plant production including cloning, transplanting, irrigation, defoliation, harvesting, sanitation, and overall plant health management. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, capable of following detailed instructions, and able to maintain a fast-paced production schedule while protecting crop quality and facility cleanliness.
